The people you spend time with have a massive impact on your life both positive and negative. So pick your friends very wisely. When you spend time with others you start to do what they do, say what they say, you have common interests.
If they have positive outlooks and ways that will rub off on you, the same if they are negative people.
Questions To Ask Yourself;
1 Who am I around?
2 What effects are they having on me?
3 Is that OK?
If it is OK that’s good. If its not OK – Change
Limit time with negative people. Surround yourself with positive people to get positive effects. Be with people who make you a better leader, mother, father, boss, friend. People that make you healthier.
Look around you and see who you would like to be more like. Who is earning the type of money you want? Who is doing personal development? Who is looking after their bodies the way you want to.
Spend time with people who have what you want and listen to what they say. Then take action on what you learn.
You have a choice to live your life yourself by mixing with positive people or keep associating with negative people and get negative results. Have the people you associate with inspire you to be like them and be the person you want to be.
What do you want? Where are you going to find those friends? Maybe you need to change your environment and go to places where you will find these people.
You can use this technique in all areas of your life. If you do, you will be happier and living the life you dream of.
