When the workdays end a person should not check their email. This will make them happier and more productive at work. They need to remember why they are going to work in the first place.

People may not know when they are letting stress get the best of them. There are free screening tools offered by the Mental Health American group. An employee can access these tools anonymously and see if they are at risk. If so they are more likely to see help from a professional.

3. Use The Benefits

Companies are offering EAP benefits to their employees so they can attend therapy free of charge. A person should look into this benefit and use them. This can help a person deal with any issues they may be experiencing.

All services are confidential and no one in the company will know that a specific employee is accessing this benefit.

4. Wellness Activities

When a person is not at work they need to take measures to make sure they are physically and mentally well. They should exercise a couple of times a week or even go for a long walk. They should eat healthy foods.
