Healing vibration or spiritual energy healing, really means the same thing. It means the we are changing our energy field, or energy body. As you can see there are many ways of doing this.
Hug An Animal
Have you noticed how hugging an animal makes you feel? They are full of unconditional love and you can feel that love vibration when you are hugging them. You can feel the love and peace. Love and peace are higher vibrations.
Hug A Person
Hugs trigger endorphins. Endorphins are chemical messengers in your brain, responsible for your feelings and moods. They are your own personal ‘feel good drug’, responding to stimuli such as stress, fear and pain. These messengers can also spark euphoria. We can elevate our moods with a hug.
Surround Yourself With Like-Minded People
Like attracts like and if you mix with people who have high vibrations you will get there to. If you are going through many spiritual, emotional, and mental changes on your own, the process can be much more difficult and confusing than when you have some friends that are travelling at a similar pace to you.
Appreciate The Beauty Around You
It is important to be appreciative and thankful for everything in your environment. The little things that we may be taking for granted are often some of the most amazing forms of beauty.
Simple things like the sunset, sunrise, flowers, or the love of our family or friends are all beautiful expressions that we may not be taking the time to appreciate.
When we are able to realize that everything is connected and that we were truly meant to love and appreciate one-another, we naturally become inherently grateful for our surroundings and what the Earth has to offer us.
Live A Well-Balanced Life
We work to live not live to work. So many of us do it the wrong way and we are not happy. Keeping activities in proper balance is a great way to become more aware and involved in many areas of life.
Make a conscious effort to focus your energy towards what inspires you most; do things you love, spend time with the people you love, take time to look after yourself, eat well and exercise.
Do Something For Someone Else
When we do something for someone else we feel better, we can see or feel the appreciation from the gift we have given them. We feel the joy they are feeling. Joy is a high vibration.
Keep A Gratitude Journal
Write down what you are thankful for on a daily basis. This keeps you in a very positive mindset. Ways to express gratitude on a daily basis include: giving thanks for your food, for your body that is supporting you, let another person know that you are thankful for having them in your life.
By sharing and expressing gratitude, you feel extremely satisfied and will become more consciously aware of the things that you truly appreciate in life.
Our subconscious minds are very powerful. Our brain does not know the difference between something we are actually experiencing and something we are imagining. So sit down and visualise how you would feel and act when your vibration was higher.
Ask yourself; what would you be feeling? How would you be acting? What would you be saying? The act of doing this will bring up your vibration.
Live Your Purpose
When you find your purpose and are able to share it with the rest of the world. In doing this you will be happy and make others happy too. This will raise your vibrations.
Make Yourself Happy
What makes you happy? Make a list of everything that makes you happy in life and act on your list. Feeling and experiencing happiness in your life will lift your vibrations.
