As we have seen in the previous two part of this article there are as many names for healing as there are ways to start healing.
Vibrational Healing, Energetic Healing, Spiritual Healing Are Only A Few Names But They All Are Talking About Healing Our Energetic Body.
Seek The Positive In Situations
As we said earlier when we are in a positive mindset our vibrations get higher, when we are in a negative mindset they get lower. If you seek out the positive in things your vibrations will start to rise.
Do you choose your words wisely when having conversation with others? Make a conscious effort to speak compassionately and positive results will follow.
Love yourself, love others, and love your life! Love is the highest vibration of all.
Get Some Intimacy In Your Life
Having intimacy with someone we love releases the happy hormones in our body. This helps raise our vibrations. Having sexual intercourse is a loving way of transferring and sharing energy with another person. Although ongoing physical contact and intercourse itself is a part of the process, the major link lies with the orgasm. Not only do you release endorphins, but the hormone oxytocin. Together, they cause a feeling of euphoria.
Think Positive, Act Positive, Be Positive
Positivity and states of being positive are direct effects of raising your consciousness. I highly recommend trying to be a more positive person in all areas of life; you will notice and feel the beneficial changes in your vibrations
Get Some Crystals
Some crystals have higher frequencies than others and their strong energy fields can be used to raise your personal vibration. These higher vibration crystals are the primary healing stones that may be used to assist you in your spiritual healing journey of raising your vibrations.
Many of these high vibration stones have potent energy that may create extraordinary change in your life. If they are within your auric field they will give off constant crystal energy… a vibration that your body may use to heal itself.
Choose the crystals that you are drawn to.
Practice Positive Affirmations
Affirmations are used to change beliefs and thinking patterns. Examples of positive affirmations include:
“I am healthy,”
“I am positive,”
“I am intelligent.”
The primary goal of using affirmations should be to replace unhealthy beliefs and thought patterns with healthier ones, changing our mindset to a healthier way of thinking.
Purify Your Body
You can help purify your body by eating healthy foods, cutting toxins from your diet, decreasing stress and learning to deeply relax and by exercising to sweat out toxins. While following a detox routine, be aware of how good your body feels.
Develop Your Chakras
Chakras hold the key allowing you to tap into your higher-self and connect with energy from the Universe. Working directly with your chakras will help you become a more conscious person, making you more aware of your body’s energy centres and how they can affect your entire life.
Have The Intention To Raise Your Vibration
If you have the intention to raise your vibration you are halfway there. Having the intention alone will make you more focused on finding ways to raise your vibration.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) is great at helping us get into a higher vibrational state.
What Is EFT?
Emotional Freedom Techniques, or EFT, has roots in the ancient Chinese meridian system. While acupuncture and acupressure have been primarily focused on physical ailments, EFT stands back from this ancient process and points it directly at emotional issues.
How Do We Use EFT?
- Use your intention or affirmation and open into the vibration you want to feel. In other words mentally “tune in” to the specific vibration you want to feel.
- Stimulate certain meridian points on your body by tapping on them with your fingertips.
- The process is repeated until you can feel that you have changed states or vibration.
Here Is A Simple Exercise To Raise Your Vibration Using EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique)
Say these words out loud:
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.e. Love, Peace, Joy before me
(Tap your eyebrow point with two fingers – where the eye brow starts above the bridge of the nose)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy behind me
(Tap the side of the eye with two fingers – where the eyebrow finishes)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy at my left
(Tap on the cheekbone with two fingers directly underneath the eye)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy at my right
(Tap under the nose with two fingers)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy above me
(Tap the chin spot with two fingers in the hollow under the lips)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy below me
(Tap on either side of the collarbone with two fingers where it starts in the centre of the chest)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy on to me
(Tap about 4 inches underneath the either arm with two fingers – or both)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy in my surroundings
(Tap the liver spot with two fingers just underneath either breast)
Name the vibration you want to feel. I.E. Love, Peace, Joy to all
(Tap the top of the head with two fingers)
Breathe in Love. Breathe in Peace. Breathe in Joy and exhale deeply. Notice the shift in your energy.
You can do this exercise by using any other positive vibration that you would like to connect to.
