We Started Making The Solar Plexus Chakra Vibrational Mist On The 11.9.13
I invited Deb Shepard from Embrace Life, Live Life and KAren Swain from Blissful Beings to come along to help me make this blend. These are to strong powerful women who are doing massive things, with massive vision to change the world for the better.
I needed to bring this strong, confident, powerful energy into the making of the Solar Plexus chakra.

Yellow: Yellow blooms have the power to evoke joy and light heartedness in anyone. It’s also a symbol of friendship and conveys a message of new beginnings and happiness.

What Did We Do?
We took down my hula hoop to open up the Solar Plexus area of our bodies. We had so much fun that a passer-by asked to join in. I used my crystal wand and gave the bowl Reiki. We did visualisations and meditations. We sang the chakra sounds as well.
KAren tuned in to her guides and got a message. She asked what the Solar Plexus Chakra really means. The front of the Chakra means…”I am here” (look at me) just like a kid does when it wants attention.
The back of the Chakra said…”I got my back” a sense of feeling supported and a sense of entitlement, that we really deserve a full life filled with abundance. It’s about knowing that we all have that X factor.
When making the blends we take notice of all the energies that are drawn towards us. We look into the bowl while the blend is being made and at the photos, and look at the images that appear and see what their message brings to the blend.
