So many people achieve the life they dream of. How do they do this? Is it purely just about saying affirmations, or is there more to it? Can you sit in a room and meditate all day and expect the life of your dreams to be there when you open your eyes?
Has this miracle happened to someone before? Did someone sit and meditate on winning the lottery, without buying a ticket and when they opened their eyes, someone knock on their door and say “Congratulations you are a winner”? I think NOT.
How can some people reach for the stars and get there, while others never reach their goals. Some try and try for years and never get there, even if they say daily affirmations.
They watched the movie ‘The Secret’, did what it says and still have not got what they want in their life.
So What Are The Real Secrets?
- Get rid of the negative mind talk. Listen to the voice in your head that says, “I am too fat”, “I am not good enough”, and “I am not capable”. As long as those voices are there you will NOT achieve your dreams.
Once you get rid of this negative self-talk you are closer to your goals already. Never let fear of, ‘what if this happens, or what if that happens’ stand in your way.
Fear stand for False Evidence Appearing Real. YOU blow up your fear in your head, which prevents you from change. You are the only thing that is holding you back.
- Get your BODY to feel what it will FEEL like when you have reached your goal. For years you have been practising what it will feel like to feel the ‘negative feeling’.
When you say to yourself, “I am too fat”, “I am not good enough”, “I am not capable” how does your body actually feel? Does it feel heavy? Does it feel negative?
If you were going to say “I am healthy”, “I am good enough”, “I am capable” instead, how would that feel differently? Does it feel more achievable, more positive.
When we want to create change in our live we need to create our energy in our body as if what we want is so, right here and now.
How Do You Do This?
Visualise getting what you want. Visualise what you will be seeing, what you will be hearing, what you will be FEELING. Feel your body right here, right now FEELING the feeling of having what you want right now.
Then start from THAT place. Practise feeling this feeling, daily. The more you do this, the more you will get into the energy of the vibration of what you are wanting to attract. If you want to attract love, feel love.
If you want to attract abundance, feel abundant. If you want to attract health and wellness, FEEL it in your body and BELIEVE IT IS POSSIBLE.
When we make a stand for something powerful, positive or make a change in our life, everything that is contradictory to this will show up within us, and/or within our life. When we are aware of these incongruences we can then make changes.
So when you are stating what you want in your life, listen to what your body is telling you. What are your thoughts telling you? What are your feelings telling you? What are the messages from outside of you saying?
