Stress itself could be making you sick. In our busy world it is becoming an epidemic. We work harder, play harder and don’t make time to relax. You may think stress is all in the mind but it affects our body in so many ways.
Studies have found many health problems related to stress. Stress seems to worsen or increase the risk of conditions like obesity, heart disease, Alzheimer’s disease, diabetes, depression, gastrointestinal problems, eczema and asthma.
