I am Sharon White the host of this summit. (I thought I’d talk to you in this video, rather than interview myself). 😍

I am a therapist, coach, writer & speaker and I help people live their dream life, clearing emotions & beliefs that are holding them back. I help my clients to REWIRE their subconscious so they can live their true purpose & passion.

I have been in the Health and Wellness industry since 1996. I started as a body therapist, but having the desire to heal from the inside out inspired me to train in mind therapies and more specifically with the subconscious mind. 

I have learned that dealing with your emotions is key to having a healthy body and life. Learning to communicate with your body is KEY in creating change!

In this video I speak about how hypnotherapy is a complementary therapy that uses the power of positive suggestion to bring about a subconscious change to thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

Hypnotherapy uses techniques used to relax the mind. Once the mind is relaxed it is better able to take on positive suggestions.

NLP is the language that the subconscious mind uses and used in conjunction with hypnotherapy it is a powerful combination.

You go into a heightened state of awareness when you are in that state, you can make appropriate suggestions to help you to create the changes needed in your life.

This tool can be used in any area of your life and works amazingly well with anxiety and stress.
